Henry PR200070 Asphalt Roof Coating, Black, 4.75 Gal Pail

Heavy bodied fibered asphalt coating is reinforced with mineral fillers. Coating cures to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film. Excellent adhesion to asphaltic, metal, and masonry roof surfaces. Resists damage which may result from minor expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation, and normal building vibration. Recommended for resurfacing and rejuvenating old, worn roofs. Coverage is approximately 1.5 to 2 Gal. per 100 Sq. Ft. Coverage depends on texture and porosity of surface. All surfaces to be coated must be dry and swept or brushed clean from grease, oil, rust, scale, loose paint, and dirt. Patch holes and tears with roof cement and suitable patching fabric. Apply by brush or spray equipment. Allow to dry thoroughly (minimum 48 hours) between coats. Do not apply over damp or wet surfaces.
