This Return & Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through juicespruce.com, including reusable storage bags, vacuum seal bags, mesh storage bags, storage bins, organizers, packing supplies, and related packaging and organizational products.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

Customer Satisfaction Commitment: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within the return window, and we will work with you to find a solution.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the package is lost or significantly delayed). The return window begins on the date the package is delivered or marked as delivered by the carrier.

2.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • In original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documentation
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or removed from original packaging (unless defective)
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. Return Reasons & Process

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Photos showing the defect or damage (including outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item itself)
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

3.2 Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of what you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

3.3 Item Not as Described

If an item significantly differs from its description on our website, contact us with details and photos. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a return, exchange, or partial refund.

3.4 Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Returns for change of mind or unwanted items are accepted within the 30-day window, subject to condition requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Return Authorization Process

4.1 Requesting a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos if the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions (typically within 1-2 business days)
  4. Package the item(s) securely using original packaging when possible
  5. Ship the return to the address provided in the authorization

4.2 Return Authorization Number

All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by our customer support team. Returns without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.

4.3 Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (defective item, wrong item, not as described), we will cover return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until the return is processed.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

Refund amounts depend on the return reason:

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Not as Described: Full refund or partial refund depending on circumstances
  • Change of Mind: Item price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated)

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if: (a) items are returned in less than original condition, (b) items are missing parts or accessories, (c) only part of a multi-item order is returned, or (d) other circumstances warrant a partial refund.

5.4 Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or variants are subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact customer support with your order number and desired replacement item.

If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges.

7. Product-Specific Return Considerations

7.1 Storage Bags & Pouches

Storage bags and pouches must be returned unopened in original packaging. Bulk sets must be returned complete with all items included in the original package.

7.2 Vacuum Storage Bags

Vacuum storage bags must be returned unused and in original packaging. If the pump is included, it must also be returned in original condition. Defective pumps or bags will be replaced or refunded.

7.3 Storage Bins & Organizers

Large storage bins and organizers must be returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories. Items with visible damage, scratches, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

7.4 Multi-Piece Sets

Multi-piece sets must be returned complete. Partial returns of sets may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

8. Return Shipping & Packaging

When returning items, please:

  • Use original packaging when possible, or secure packaging that protects items during transit
  • Include all original accessories, parts, documentation, and packaging materials
  • Securely seal the package to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package or in a note inside
  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we are responsible for return shipping, we will arrange a prepaid return label.

9. Refund Denials

Returns may be denied or refunds reduced if:

  • Items are returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items show signs of use, damage, or are not in original condition
  • Items are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
  • No Return Authorization was obtained
  • Items cannot be verified as purchased from juicespruce.com
  • Items are returned to an incorrect address without authorization

If a return is denied, items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or disposed of after 30 days.

10. International Returns

International returns follow the same policy terms, but:

  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international customers
  • Customs duties and taxes paid on import are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping times may be longer
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees on return shipments unless the return is due to our error
